Delivery is arranged for each order
We do not provide online checkout or a standard delivery tariff on this website. Available destinations, carriage costs, lead times, packaging and any minimum quantities will be confirmed in your quotation and order agreement. Please ask us about delivery to your location before placing an order.
Do not assume next-day, free or international delivery. Collection is available only if specifically agreed, from a location we confirm. Our registered office at C/O Atria Accountants Ltd Imperial House, 79–81 Hornby Street, Bury, England, BL9 5BN is not a public collection or returns facility.
When goods arrive
- Check the delivery against your order and inspect it as soon as reasonably practicable.
- Where possible, note obvious damage on the delivery record and take photographs of the goods and packaging.
- Keep relevant labels, packaging, serial numbers and proof of purchase while an issue is investigated.
- Contact sales@spawholesale.co.uk promptly if something is wrong.
Reporting an issue
Include your business name, order or invoice reference, product details, quantity affected, a description of the problem and photographs where relevant. Please do not email payment card details. We will investigate and confirm the appropriate next step, including any inspection or return arrangements.
For faulty, misdescribed, damaged or wrongly supplied goods, the remedy and responsibility for costs will be determined under the applicable contract and law. Notification delays do not automatically remove legal rights.
Returns must be arranged first
Please obtain our written return instructions before sending anything. We will confirm the appropriate address, reference, packing requirements and any agreed carrier arrangements. Do not send products to the registered office.
A return authorisation helps us manage the process; it does not itself decide whether a claim is valid or restrict rights. Remove personal data from electronic devices where possible, and ask us for guidance if a fault prevents this.
Business change-of-mind returns
We are a trade-only supplier. Business purchases do not generally include a consumer 14-day cooling-off right. Change-of-mind returns and cancellation requests are considered by agreement. Any reasonable restocking charge or return cost will be communicated and agreed before authorisation. This does not affect remedies for a breach of contract.
Warranty and refunds
Product-specific manufacturer warranties, if available, depend on the item, region and terms confirmed for the order. They do not remove our legal obligations. Where a refund is due, we will confirm its amount, method and timing; normally it will be made to the original payer using the original payment route where practicable.
These practical notes should be read with the B2B terms of sale and the written order agreement.
